The good, the bad and the ugly!

What you need to know:

  • Check in after 4pm, check out before 10 am, do ask if you need flexibility and we will do our best.

  • WIFI – Honestly? - It’s not good ....  on the plus side 4g signal  is good

  • ..When it’s sunny it’s just fabulous.
    When it’s windy, it can be Really windy!
    And when its rainy or mizzley, it can be just miserable!
  • Bring wellies or walking boots and a torch & be weather prepared if you want to walk back from the village or pub or go for a hike around the coast path.
  • It’s not flat round here, there are hills.
  • Roads are quite narrow and potholes are plenty!
  • We can provide packed lunches at prior request and for a small fee.
  • We can provide a continental breakfast in the hut by prior request and for an extra fee.
  • We can pick up and drop off to the coastal path.
  • Cancellations - If you need to cancel, please do let us know asap. We reserve the right to charge for the whole booking if cancellation is less than a week before the booking commencement date.
  • We do not accept dogs.
  • We do not allow parties.
  • We do not permit smoking in the Hut
  • We expect the accommodation to be left in a clean and tidy state please.
  • Co2 and smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are installed and insurances are in place.

  • We can provide a continental breakfast in the hut or the wing by prior arrangement and a small extra fee.

  • We do not permit smoking or drug use in either property.
